Each machine and attachment includes a "Best For" section on its equipment page to help you choose. If you're still unsure, contact us with a few details about your project and we'll recommend the right equipment and attachments for the job.

What is your fuel policy?

All machines are delivered with a full tank of fuel. Please return the equipment with the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges.

What happens if I need the equipment longer?

If you need more time, simply contact us before your rental period expires. We'll do our best to extend your rental, subject to availability. Additional rental charges may apply depending on the length of the extension.

What do I need to rent equipment?

How do I reserve equipment?

Do you deliver and pick up equipment?

Yes. We deliver and pick up equipment throughout Edmonton and the surrounding areas.

Delivery starts at $75 each way within 30 km, with pricing varying based on distance and the equipment being rented.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Interac e-Transfer.

Are your machines cleaned before every rental?

Absolutely. Every machine is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, serviced, and ready for the job before delivery or pickup.

We understand equipment gets dirty during normal use, so there's no need to pressure wash it before returning it. However, if excessive mud, concrete, asphalt, or other materials require more than 30 minutes of cleaning, additional cleaning charges may apply.

Do you offer discounts for weekly or monthly rentals?

Yes. We offer lower daily rates for longer rental periods.

Our equipment is inspected and serviced before every rental. If you experience a mechanical issue during normal operation, contact us immediately. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem and minimize downtime.

Are there any additional fees?

We believe in transparent pricing. Additional charges only apply when applicable, such as delivery, refueling, excessive cleaning, late returns, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. We'll always explain these charges before your rental begins.
